Cancellation Policy

If the client gives a 24-48 hour notice for a cancellation or a reschedule, they will be excluded from being charged a cancellation fee. If a client cancels last-minute or cancels less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a possible* 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled, may be charged to the card on file. *Depending on circumstances* NO-CALL NO-SHOWS are subject to a 100% CHARGE of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. If the card on file is declined or expired, the client will be invoiced within 48 hours.
